Extruder screens from Ambica are specially processed to withstand high pressure and heat, and are fabricated in superior quality stainless steel wire mesh for optimum performance and durability. A wide range of sizes and forms is available to meet most requirements. Circular screens are made singly or in pre-configured multi-layer packs and multi-mesh screens are also offered in plain-dutch and twilled-dutch weave for special applications. As well as circular screens we also manufacture multi-layer cylindrical screen packs and filter discs in a variety of sizes and shapes. MULTILAYER SCREEN PACKS

  • Available in any size and combination of meshes either bound or spot welded
  • Assembled in proper sequence to eliminate operator error and for ease of handling
  • High physical and chemical resistance and superior mechanical strength
  • Spot welding reduces the possibility of "blow by" of material and prevents loose wires entering the flow of polymer
  • Packs include heavier mesh to sit against the breaker plate for support of the lighter mesh
