Extruder screens from Ambica are specially processed to withstand high pressure and heat, and are fabricated in superior quality stainless steel wire mesh for optimum performance and durability. A wide range of sizes and forms is available to meet most requirements. Circular screens are made singly or in pre-configured multi-layer packs and multi-mesh screens are also offered in plain-dutch and twilled-dutch weave for special applications. As well as circular screens we also manufacture multi-layer cylindrical screen packs and filter discs in a variety of sizes and shapes. Manufactured in India using modern German technology, Ambica filter screens meet the most exacting of quality standards but cost significantly less than equivalents manufactured in Europe. MULTILAYER SCREEN PACKS

Available in any size and combination of meshes either bound or spot welded
Assembled in proper sequence to eliminate operator error and for ease of handling
High physical and chemical resistance and superior mechanical strength
Spot welding reduces the possibility of "blow by" of material and prevents loose wires entering the flow of polymer
Packs include heavier mesh to sit against the breaker plate for support of the lighter mesh
